The Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE) organized by the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) addresses the key role of composites in the automotive and transportation industries for the development of electric vehicles and sustainability initiatives worldwide.
Our co-founder Dr. Dominik Dörr will attend the conference and exhibition held from September 5-7 in Novi, Michigan, USA. Dominik will moderate the “Modeling of Composites” track and provide a presentation on “Opportunities and Challenges of Composites Forming Simulation for Digital Product Development”.
Dominik’s presentation will provide examples of recent projects with partners from the automotive industry (Toyota, Aerlyte) and research (Fraunhofer Innovation Platform (FIP) at Western University, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Fraunhofer ICT, and Fraunhofer IWM).
Besides this, Simutence will also be represented at the booth of the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform (FIP) at Western University.
