Our co-founder Dr. Dominik Dörr will attend the conference and exhibition held from September 5-7 in Novi, Michigan, USA. Dominik will moderate the “Modeling of Composites” track and provide a presentation on “Opportunities and Challenges of Composites Forming Simulation for Digital Product Development”.

In the sense of an environmentally compatible economy, the development of products under consideration of the end of life from the beginning on is crucial. A research project called DiDe4Rec (=Digital Design for Recycling) was launched at the end of January.

This year’s ESAFORM conference was held from April 19 to 21 in Krakow, Poland. Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Composites Research at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada is inviting to a one-day workshop and open house aimed at connecting the composite industry internationally and showcasing state-of-the-art composite technologies.
